Wigs
Many times in performances the actors will wear wigs. Wig Caps are worn underneath the wigs to make sure the actors real hair doesn't slip out. Wigs should be well maintained and kept in a cool, dry place to keep them pristine.
Facial Hair
Beards and Mustaches can also be used for some characters. These are usually made from wool crepe and attached with spirit gum or liquid latex. Facial hair can take a character to the next step of their transformation to make them realistic and believable.
Example of wool crepe in use: transformation into Santa Claus.
